What We Do

From vine to cured pod,
Every step by hand

01. Pollinate

Each flower gets one morning.

Vanilla orchids bloom briefly. We hand pollinate every flower before noon so the vine can begin its long path toward a mature pod.

02. Harvest

We pick only when the pod is ready.

Harvest happens in rhythm with the vine, not a production deadline.

03. Cure

Time is what turns green pods into vanilla.

Blanching, sweating, drying, and conditioning. This meticulous process develops the deep, layered fragrance that makes natural Thai vanilla worth waiting for.
